Installation standards
Basic requirement: Ground flatness error ≤ 5mm, anti slip cushion layer needs to be laid
Connection method: fixed with dedicated fasteners, with bolt torque controlled between 40-60N · m
Limitations
Overloading is strictly prohibited (dynamic load ≤ 2kN/㎡, static load ≤ 3kN/㎡), and destructive operations such as cutting and welding are prohibited.
Maintenance points
Monthly inspection of welds and bolt status, and quarterly repair of anti-corrosion coatings. When storing, it is necessary to cover it with waterproof cloth to avoid long-term exposure to sunlight that may cause aging of the galvanized layer.
